As for Elixer I can’t see him withstanding the first hit, while he can heal it is no where near Logans healing factor and he still couldn’t withstand the physical assault of Supes.
Hyperstorm doesn't have the speed or durability does he? I mean from what I understand Hyperstorm can augment reality at the speed of thought. Unless the reality warpers enter the fight already changed to be faster than kryptonian speeds they have no chance yet if they do this would be spite against any reality warper let alone one with some of the phoenix force. The human shell is the flaw as with Thanos and the Beyonder. Galactus is relatively slow aswell and he pretty much ate Hyperstorm. Proteus has a weakness to metal. Shadow King could win if he got past superman's mental sheilding against telepathy and takes him to the astral plane and the only way i guess supes could beat him there is with Torquasm-Vo. And I'm pretty sure that supes would pull out of his ass something along the lines of rewriting mutant dna sequence with heat vision- lol.
Proffessor Xavier could, just use psionics and leave Supes a vegetable.
Magneto might, (keyword being MIGHT) depending on how Superman's body works, he could meddle with the iron in his blood and make him go splodey'.
Jean Grey could if she were in Phoenix form.
And Wolverine may just be able to pull it off cause he's so friggin jobbed. I swear, they'd make his claws kryptonite just to let him win.
Any of these mutants wouldn’t stand a chance, the only one that I see that could even have a chance to beat the blitz is New Sun and even then I’m not sure he could beat the speed. If any of them had a few seconds before Supes could react then most would tear him a new one but without it I can’t see any mutant that has the ability to dodge or over come the blitz have the power set to take down Supes afterwards.

The way I see it,
