No he is not but he does have that ability and with the thread rules they fight at the top of their ability so unless a mutant who is powerful enough to stop him can react faster than light I would like to see him/her.

In a comic fight there's a few mutants who have the potential to beat Superman. But on here I imagine he blitzes them all before they can even react.

Reaction speed isn't everything. Flash can react faster than Supes. Doesn't mean he can beat Supes every time.

Jaspers has been incinerated to a skeleton and recreated himself. Speed doesn't mean anything to him. He doesn't have to have faster than light reflexes because Supes doesn't have what it takes to defeat him anyway.

Yes I do know that it isn't everything, now I don't know much about MJJ but if he could withstand a full onslaught from Superman's and survive then yes he could take him out. It is getting past this first attack that is the issue, if he can't be BFR or knocked out in the first nanosecond then that mutant stands a chance if they have the power to retaliate.
