Gladiator is to inconsistent.
That fight with Hulk, PIS for many reasons I can list, the fight with Colossus was also PIS for many reasons I can list.
Either way, at a certain point Gladiator would be beyond Superman to an extent because if I remember correctly, his original power set was that if he believes something he can achieve it.
Hence, why he can contain a Super Nova without any strain, collapse entire Stars if he believes in himself enough.

parasite can drain the energies from multiple kryptonians and stack it. he can drain the powers from more than one person at the same time. he suffers almost no abnormal effects from the powers he drains or the lifeforce he absorbs.
rogue is mentally fragile as it is. parasite isn't. parasite has strength, speed and durability that can compete with superman (pre drain). rogue doesn't. she's not going to put up near the same fight the parasite would.

she also had problems with vision and selen
she drained thor nearly completely and didn't have any major side affects. Superman should be a problem to drain but i don't see her getting that close. Unless we are talking about her at full power , like she was in extream x-men then she has a chance. I still don't see her wining more times out of ten though.

now I assumed that this was has the ablity type thing. Now I haven't really read too much of the recent sups on his own since infinant crisis sooooooo it might be a little out dated of a list but before IC I think that list stands.
