IIRC MJJ, JB and SW were never confirmed as omegas, but it's safe to assume they are.
Exodus and Magneto were never confirmed either and they have decent chances.

he's already shown the ability to heal from massive injuries relatively quickly. while i'm sure she could slow him down if she did phase him in to something, she'd have to accomplish it faster than he could react or go intangible himself.
and i could be wrong, but iirc he wasn't crippled, just held in place.

she has, though with difficulty, which is what i mean.
if you go by that basis, then sure, she's certainly capable. if he's in a coma. 😛
there are a host of mutants that can beat and or kill supes with their power set its just a matter of one lucky shot getting in for the lower tier. everyone on my prior list could do it and i think i might have included one omega on that list though. Caliban could do it with his pestilance incarnation powers.
