Pretty much Thor or Supes would kill her with one punch. And since she would have to get past Thor that means she would never get to Supes.

No need for lightspeed. So she is going to didge a move which is superspeed and she isn't seeing it? You really think she dodge Supes? Why do you think Supes needs to be at lightspeed ? Storm won't even see a soundspeed times 5 speed. And her reflexes are on normal level, so is her dodging and combat ability. She won't be dodging bullets in every issue, she won't be hitting at superspeed she is outnumbered there.
