Storm -- not holding back -- might very well be able to hurt Thor, Superman or the Surfer at their usual operational levels.

But if Thor, Superman or the Surfer were not holding back? IMO, this is not even a contest.

Superman and Thor doesn't need to hold back neither does Surfer...But even at their usual they are overall too powerful for her.

at their usual operational levels they still have the same durability as when they aren't holding back. and with Surfer and Supes they have the durability to easily take black hole and go into the hearts of suns. Lightning won't hurt them at all.

For the sake of an interesting confrontation, I could accept a storyline where, with the right conditions, Storm could make a respectable showing against Superman, Thor or the Surfer, maybe even secure one of those mid-story wins often used to highlight the power of the lesser combatant.

But if any of them went open-throttle...it's over for her, in less time it takes me to type this.

She could certainly hurt them if she had time and they decided to do nothing to defend themsleves.

Unfortunately I don't think any of them are capable of getting down to a level where she could actually kill or KO them.
