Weakest would be Thing IMO.
Torch has more firepower and versatility, as does Sue. Reed has insane durability, the ability to simulate super-strength, and is one of the most highly touted tacticians, as well as geniuses, in comicdom. He doesn't need prep all the time, his brain doesn't cease functioning mid fight and he could always simply not take the direct approach and conceive a plan on the fly.
