I dont keep up with Supergirl, but from her apperances on the JLA.
Supergirl is more versatile. You can say that she's the female version of Superman but to a lesser extant. On the other hand we have Wonder woman. A fearless warrior, who is a great tactian and a great fighter. She has great fighting skills as well as super speed, stregnth etc. One huge difference between WW and Supergirl is that unlike Kara, Wonder Woman can be hurt with sharp objets. This is where her weapons come into place. Unfortunately, the weapons are what make Wonder Woman. If you take away her weapons, it wouldn't be the same. Hope this helps you clear a few things.

ALways thought this thread was rubbish but im bored. I think team one. Psylock mental poweress is on par with everyone anyone else here (she put down the shadow king i think and thats pretty damn impressive).
Rogue Absorbtion ability is a great asset to the team and a major threat to anyone why whats to do H2H combat.
Invisible women can simply make celestial armor breaking powers to protect the team or use it offensively.
Catwomen is thrown in there for what I assume fighting capability. I have no idea what she is capapble of i mean is she like nightwing status fighter or batman anyway idk, im sure psylocke would beat her ass anyway but any who she is hot in the movie.
I def believe team 4 who has mystique can def pull of some tricky stuff to confuse ppl lol. Especially in a fight with so many ppl running around. Ands they have WW which is the all around butt kicking machine but I don't think anything she has can get through the sheilds of IW.
