Purely from a guns standpoint, CJ's weaponry is far better, not because he holds two of them, but because of what they are... for example, CJ is the only GTA character to get Seeker Missiles, or a jetpack, or NVGs or any of that stuff..

Purely fistfighting or melee, CJ once again tops the lot with many many more Melee weapons, and various skills he can learn for CQC.

And I don't need to mention vehicles, since SA's vehicular limeup is above and beyond the best in the entire series bar none.

That makes no sense... your saying Tony or Vic beats CJ because he's from an earlier game?

What kind of logic is that?

Fact is, SA has the most advancements in gameplay of any GTA. LCS and VCS are both designed to fit on the PSP and therefore not much more enhanced than their standard counterparts (GTA3 and Vice City respectively.)

Now your just ignoring the advancements in the game and not to mention vic can swim and walk up behind people and snap their necks

and also what your saying is just because they're on the PSP those 2 characters in those 2 games they not allowed to wield 2 guns like cJ or do all the amazing you can do in san andreas

once again it all comes back to the game advancements

Because it's not demonstrated... With CJ it's quantifiable because you can see it being done...

What Moral issues?

And the M4 isn't CJ's best bullet based weapon... the M60 or the Chaingun is, and since it fits the same slot as Claudes M16 (Assault Rifle for Claude is the AK, which means that the M16 is a heavy weapon)

I'd say the chaingun decimates Claude...

BUT, I know thats not a fair assessment since Claude carries 4 heavies simultaneously...
