Ok, please start a thread and tell us what the Quran tells about Creation.

I will do it when I will have time.

But here is a hint: Quran makes it clear that man did not evolved from any ape.

Make the thread, and I will debate that with you there.

Comments like these is what spoils the mood. You can point out a mistake in a civil manner.

It is not a matter for you to be concerned about.

I wasn't the one that started calling names and I was saying as to what it makes you look like and not that you "are" and a$$. You "ruined" the mood talking to me only after a couple of posts.

Explain how that is possible.
Well I don't completely understand how other who believe in this puts the pieces together, but they just believe in the Bible and that we came from God, but they also believe in Evolution.

As in Evolution is apart of God's divine plan.

Do you believe that we evolved from signal celled organisms?

completely impossible as they are contradictory. Either one believes in an evolved planet that is 4 billion years old......or they believe in a ready-made planet by god created in one day as told in Genesis. Either they believe human beings were created by God, starting with Adam and Eve and every person alive today are their imbred offspring or they believe humans evolved from progenerative species over hundreds of thousands of years.

I do not have massive time to waste! Thankyou!

A large portion of your position relies on you having a good enough understanding of evolution to say why it is not consistent with what we see around us in the natural world. If you don't know what evolution stands for, by definition, you cannot know that you do not agree with it.

My hypothesis is that you have, at best, a pseudo-culturally driven understanding of it.

You can read about it in several sources.

needless to say I have 🙂

don't you be a comin' in here with your fancy college talk boy! he'll be a-havin none of that ya hear?

haha smart words is fun

Even at a Catholic school, in Bio class we learn "evolution is the way it happened, God just started it, oh and by the way, fundamentalists believe such and such, and they're wrong."

well Sunday school must have changed a great deal in the past 20 years.

exactly how did they go about saying, "ok...don't believe this stuff in the bible, that's not true" but then tell you to believe other things in the bible? By clergy flat out telling children that any certain part of the bible is absolutely not true, aren't they opening up the flood gates for them to believe any/all parts of the bible aren't true? Once they know it's not true......who's going to be filling the collection plates 20 years from now?

Well they believe it and you can't change what they believe or make them believe something else.

As Naz below even stated, it is something that is taught and believed this day and age.

yet you offer no clarity....

how can any person believe two contradictory stories at the very same time? Just give me a sentence that is used when teaching this......

how do they incorporate that the earth is 4 billion years old with life evolving for millions of years with the earth and all life on it was created in one day by god 7 thousand years ago.

Whether you know it or not, I am not a preacher, nor a teacher.

I can't give you a sentence used when teaching this b/c I don't teach this and have never witnessed it being taught.

And more than likely they don't put it all together in such a crude way as you propose.

I suggest you ask someone very deep into this way of belief if you want clarity b/c I am no expert.

oh.....sorry......you posted the following.....I assumed you had first hand knowledge. So you really don't know.....that makes more sense.

I stated a fact. I stated how some people believe.

That is all.

Don't get all offensive and defensive for whatever reason.

Just b/c it's not your belief doesn't mean it's wrong and gives you no right to act stupid.

What I know is what I POSTED.

You want more. Research can be your friend. I'll introduce you 2 since it seems you've never met.

lol silly me, I always thought it looked like a big shark, seeing as how it has no baileen, a vertical tail fin and pectoral fins that aren't as long as a whale's, but that's just me being a person who knows sharks. The fact that you consider i to look whale-ish in appearance only shows how poorly you identified the physical characteristics that differ a whale shark (or a whale-sized shark) from a whale. 🙄

Edit: So what is this absolute proof in the Quran that shows that man did not evolve from ape (Which is another mistatement since evolution doesn't show that man evolved from ape, but from a common ancestor)?
