Well, to answer your original question. Could Hal take out the Eradicator?

Yes. I suppose he could...Hal has a good record against powerful opponents.

His best chance would be against David..since David does not have the mastery or the creative control of the original Eradicator power set. This one I see as fairly even.

However...if he goes against the Kem EL version of Erads...it's a whole different battle. This one DOES have complete control of the full power set and is the kick ass Eradicator. This one stomps Hal.

Whats up with all the Guy bashing? Hes by far the most charismatic Lantern and has the willpower that comes close to matching Hal. Its just that his lack of focus and temper/arrogance that gets him in trouble at times. I agree with what Rewmac said.
