I love WW to death. But Darksied was so cool in that arc. Them destroyign his brain was dumb tho. Superman states in countdown that New Gods shouldn't even be able to die. I guess that is a retcon of some kind that they are supposed to be truly immortal now.

Meh. It wasn't really Atom that destoryed Darkseid. It staggered him a bit, but Orion had to remake the universe in order for it to not have Darkseid's taint. In my eyes, it was Orion that defeated him. 😬

While most may not agree with quanchi's opinion on the matter, he has made at least one good point. If Yuga Khan actually WAS powerful enough to solo the majority of the New Gods, then Big G and his creations DO have a shot here(assuming that Yuga isn't taking part). You can't claim that Yuga is Galactus level and use his taking on the New Gods as proof, and then turn around and say that there's NO way Big G couldn't accomplish the same feat.
However, I'm completely unfamiliar with Yuga and most of the New Gods(as well as the instance involving Yuga that quanchi is referring to) so I won't voice an opinion on this battle, I was just pointing it out that you can't have it both ways. Either...
A. Yuga is Galactus level and his showing against the New God's is proof of that, which means that Galactus and the rest DO have a shot.
B. Yuga is Galactus level, but his showing against the New Gods is PIS and shouldn't be brought up by people as a feat for Yuga by any of his fans as being PROOF that he's Galactus level.
Tyrant, accompanied by all the heralds from the Destroyer to the Kryptonian to Dazzler are on board his Fortress, hide in a pocket dimension waiting for the signal as Galactus approaches the New Gods alone...
As the war begins, Galactus kills himself which would either wipe out the New Gods with sheer energy, or would signal the re-emergence of Abraxas...
Tyrant and the other Heralds zoom in after for the pickings...
