The Destroyer as a cosmic herald can probably give Pre Crisis Darkseid an interesting fight. Tyrant IMO is too much, even for Pre-Crisis Darkseid.

I think that Galactus team win, if Big G goes with an annhilition whave at the go, killing most in the first attck.

Galactus and his creations win. There are a lot of new Gods but a million ants attacking someone with DDT ain't gonna be all that effective.

Galactus destroys the New Gods along with his Heralds.
