Spectacular Spiderman: New Animated TV Show

I like this show, too.

Even for a kid's show, it's very good.

I love it. The fights are intense & well done. What's the age rating for this show?

He actually uses his fists. I was excited.

Funny how the 90's series seemed more geared toward adults in style, story line, etc. yet Spectacular is less heavily censored.

I'm not sure.

All I know is that this animated series is geared towards a young audience.

Since when? He didn't punch one person in episodes 1-4. Haven't seen 5.

I know he punched Sandman (just watched that episode earlier today). Could have sworn he punched Lizard as well.

He did. Right in the face. Lizard was trying to bite him & Spidey socked him.

Cool.

I've watched the show. Its pretty good. The animation is what I expected. Last saturday's show was good.

Do we have any hints at future villains in the show?

We saw Octavious w/the Octopus arms on last episode.

In episode 4 we saw Norman Osborne plotting with one of the Enforcers.

I will be watching Episode 5 today after my class! 🤣

SPOILERS!!!!!

Rhinos next. Then Green Goblin! 😱

Ok Doc Ock looks just plain weak, nothing deady about him. (Yes I am watching it on Youtube)

Let us see how he does it a few episodes time.

This show tries to hard to be hip. Nothing grinds my gears more, than teenage superhero's. Am i the only person that has a problem with teenagers being superhero's? I always hated that, even as a teenager. The animation looks very good even if the character designs are proportioned like world of warcraft avatars.

Spidey started as a teen superhero. I like him better as a teen superhero rather than a college student superhero or a married superhero.

Also I see no attempts by the show to be excessively hip. All I see is Spiderman's high school struggles modernized to fit today's high school experience and terminology.

Just watched episode 5 and though it was great. Lizard episode is still the best soo far.

The only thing I don't like is the way some of the villains are done, I would have liked to have seen that thin black haired version of Doc Ock, instead we get a plump small man, smaller it would seem then Spider-Man.

I am liking the show so far it is keeping the spirit of Spider-Man from the comic very well I must.
