😄 Well, I guess I don't have to feel bad about missing it this past Saturday.

She already has. I'm not saying all this will happen, but they sure as heck are setting it up to happen.

No Jean is killed by the sin eater who is another cop, who actually talks to Spider-Man and "tries" to help him, I have the issue, you are either thinking of Sin Eater II or Emel Greg who thought he was the sin eater of cause he was just a compulsive liar.

Unfortunately, I doubt that we'll get two new episodes this Saturday.

That's more then likely the case, stretch the series out as much as possible then keep people waiting for the new episodes.

So what thats Rhino and Goblin.

Black cat and Mysterio (?) are to appear very soon and at the end of this season Venom is born, interesting line up.

"Spectacular Spider-Man" is lightyears better than the FOX show.
I completely diasgree. The only thing Spectacular has over the 90s show is that the animation is not stiff. Other than that the tone, look, and story are lightyears ahead. It reminds me of "The Batman" and "Batman TAS" comparisons. "The Batman" is more fluid but thats the only thing it has over the 90's TAS. The art is too oversimplified to me. I mean it really bothers the hell out of me.

The villains look ridiculous most of the time.

Actually, this show is perfect in every way (besides the "oversimplified" art).

The story lines are simple/creative and enjoyable.

You can actually feel peter parkers emtions like in comic. Especially when he helps aunt may with tbe bills. Theres also the emotional parts with Harry and his dad. Osborn speech was epic. The animation is fluid and the fights are amazing.

I agree that the story lines in the 90's shows where good, but this show just started off. Give it some time to pick up. The 90's show started off just as slow.

Not to mention, this Peter Parker is actually kind of funny.

This show is amazing.

The 90's Spiderman toon is horribly overrated IMO.

I disagree the art is simple and nasty, for art the 90's TAS comes out on top.

Lizard
Shocker
Sandman
Rhino
Venom
Vulture

I liked all of those designs.

FOX's art looked good to an extent. The problem was that many designs were oversimplified, many details being gone or changed.

..........What in God's name are you talking about? All I said was that Jean Dewolff has already appeared in the show.

Yes and the sin eater was the cop and you said no it's not, but of course it was.

I agree that the emotions are like the comic, but so was the TAS as well. The 90s TAS branched from complete seriousness to humor comfortable considering the character. Most of Peters life has been a tragedy. This seems a little too light hearted to me. I am used to peter life being for the most part terrible with glimmers of hope in between.

PS- as far as funny, who can forget the kingpin fat jokes from the 90s tas.

The 90's TAS seems alot more serious then this one.

How, exactly? This show has one hell of a serious tone. The Lizard episode?
