What about "American Me"... That had two juicy prison-rape scenes in it; one ended with a large knife up the anus. Not to mention the mother of all rape scenes "The Accused" with Jodi Foster, a classic.
Another one worth mentioning, "Irreversible", that was brutally delicious and funny, since it was anal-rape.
