Female rape victims: Stop being weak and get over it.

Yes People have the freedom of speech, and the right to their own opinion.

I am giving mine. I DO believe that there should be a way to help ease the pain of being raped. But I DO NOT believe that being raped is something that should be a "Pfft Whatever." subject.

Someone has jut violated you, humiliated you, and made you feel like you're worthless. It's hard to get over that feeling.

And then you got to go, humiliated, and talk to the police. Where they prick and pry into your life, take you to a doctor who exams your private areas, the take pictures of you. And then you get to go home, living in constant free that this person is going to come back and kill you because you did what they told you not to.

You went to the police.

Now you tell me how to get over that.

smith and wesson.

I mean, when I got beat up, it didn't scar me for life. Of course I wasn't raped but that shit wouldn't scar me either. Do you know how many men in prison are raped? Do they become crazy crack smoking bastards for the rest of their life? No, they move on.

Honestly, can women be that weak of mind as to allow such a truly small event ruin their lives?

I worry about anybody who has the ability to say being raped isn't that much worse then getting beat up. Maybe there are men in jail who don't care. But do you know how many men in prison are already crazy crack smoking b*st*rds? Of course, there are the innocent ones who are in there by mistake, but hopefully those guys don't take it so well...

And most women who were raped don't use it as an excuse for smoking crack.

Stupid topic. Next time ask why people don't get over being murdered.

Re: Re: Female rape victims: Stop being weak and get over it.

But hey, don't feel too bad. I've seen stupider topics. Are you sure you've only been beat up once in your life though? Talk like that very often, and you would be lucky to keep the fights down to four or five dozen a year!

Why not? It might very much ease the suffering. If it was treated like common assault I doubt it would have the same effect.

Also, the rapist didn't actually make you feel worthless, that's just the perception many rape victims have. Possibly to do with people like you that view it like that.

Silly German... you're dictating how she felt after a rape? If she felt "worthless", then that's what she felt. Just like you feel "wanted and loved" after someone defecates of your face, granted, that's not the reason 'they' did it; regardless, you feel that way.

Some people for reasons unknown torment themselves with the memory of the rape and refuses to let go ✅ It is in their subconcious or something like that that they will not let go of the terrible memory 😐

Yeah and then there are people like you who say that what they've been through is nothing and it makes them feel sad and alone.

What next? Should child molestation and murder be ok?

Right, because there are so many people that say that. Oh wait, maybe there aren't, maybe the problem are really people like you that make it out to be the most tragic even ever.

Not okay, you knee jerker woman, it should be treated better. You can't keep being a victim the rest of your life.

Now slow down! I am as said with you that rape is horrible!

Rape is NOTHING and I mean NOTHING AT ALL like Child molestation and they should not even be put into the same sentence like you just did!

Sure Bardock42 has a difference of opinion but I am pretty sure he is against raping. Some people have an easy time getting over it and if some have most should be capable of it if they really wanted to. Some does not and I pity them. I feel sorry for them and sometimes think if there is any justice in the world. But you are overdoing the situation. If Bardock42 truly means what you say that rape is nothing then he is doing wrong. But I hardly believe he think that it is like nothing at all ermm

Do you think you might believe that because I indeed didn't say anything along those lines?

I am defending you 😄

I know, I can read.

Me too 🪩

Its funny that this thread is still going... but reading through some of the pages here made me wonder... turning the tables a little....what about the women who accuse an innocent man of raping them just to be vindictive... How easy do you think it is or isnt for him to get over that?

personal note... those women should be beat imo.

Well, society really gives it to them.

I feel like both problems are worsened by the perception of society.

In ours we can not rationally discuss rape or pedophilia. People get offended and call everyone with a reasonable approach a sympathizer with rapists, etc.

Define reasonable approach to rape and pedophilia...

My opinion, if the woman is found to be guilty of such actions, she should serve the same punishment/jail time as the man would have for raping her. But it isn't so unfortunately.

Well...you know maybe this "Can we limit the bad effect it has on the victims? And if yes, how? And does it deserve the reaction it gets all when brought up" opposed to "OH GOD; THE CHILD'S/PERSON'S LIFE IS RUINED, EVEN IF HE/SHE DOESN'T FEEL LIKE THAT THEY SHOULD!!!! OH GOD: IT IS SO HORRIBLE. LETS TORTURE EVERYONE THAT WE MIGHT POSSIBLY ACCUSE OF PEDOPHILIA/RAPE!!!!!"

...you know?

What does torture actually achieve in the end?
