What's been up with Thor lately? And Odin? Can someone give me some recent pictures of Odin? Thanks in advance.

I think Odin's still dead.

Yep.Dead, Dead, Dead.
Speaking of which, I really hope Odin is beyond Thors power to return. If Odin were to return, Thor would no longer have the Odinpower, nor be Lord of Asgard.

Um, sure he has.He has both the Odinpower and the Runes still. Been nothing to say that he has somehow mysteriously lost them. How else did he create Asgard by simpling wishing it so?
I still don't think Thor has the same powers. I'm pretty sure he lost the Odinforce when being reborn. I suppose we'll see whether he has them or not eventually.
I just wonder, would the Runes cease to exist at the time when the remains of Asgard and "those who sit above" (or whatever they were called) got destroyed? If they were linked to the realm, then that would explain why he could suddenly loose the Runes.
I've never read any Thor before the Jake Olson time, did they ever tell much about the Runes etc?

But how did he then recreate Asgard?
That's not a feat the God of Thunder could manage, he needs something more to do that.
Actually, I believe it is.
If Thor had the Odinforce Tony would've been beaten any easier. He claims not to be holding back any more, one punch would've been fatal for IM.

The thing is though, Thor never died. He stated he was only taking a rest "the slumber of the gods" as he called it. There is actually no reason why he shouldn't have the runes and Odin Power, unless Odin is alive. Which he isn't, considering he had no ties to the gods departure and the end of Asgard. His death took place 50 or so issues before that time.
I'm also wondering how Thor knows all that took place in his absence? Is it a hint of omniscience?
