Paladium's magic and combat systems>D20 magic and combat systems.

Palladium goes off of P.P.E.(mana) rather than spells per day. No preperation is needed for non-ritual spells. Plus we get defensive actions such as parrying.

But, due to my statis as an outsider, ontop of insane damage reduction, and a healing factor, much of that is negated.

Sounds much like the Godling RCC. What's your alignment by the way? If its a good alignment then my sword damage would be reduced by half rather than having a x10 holy damage modifier since you'd be a holy being. Neutral I get the regular x10 modifier and an evil alignment I'd get another x2 modifier. (Double damage against those of evil alignment)

*Dodges* Dang it I instinctivly dodge though if I parry it'd count as an automatic hit against you with one of my attacks.
