Just because they work for the anti-monitor doesn't mean they are in the Sinestro Corps
The Sinestro Corps symbol isn't really their own symbol as much as it is the Anti-monitor's and it just shows they are his army.
As for SBP, he probably isn't going to have a ring, but I wouldn't be surprised if he were to get a boost from the Anti-monitor or have his armor powered by fear or something
And Cyborg-Supes is a robot who already was using GL rings so I doubt he really needs training. But the only reason he is even there is because he leads the Manhunters
