No, that feat is still valid. Darkseid knows the legion and gained his older self's knowledge and HE WAS SENT BACK. Zero Hour didn't hit the 4th world, which is why it's still valid to use Darkseid's beating his older self, even it was pre-ZH. Same as his PC feats are still usable. Not even SBP's retcon punch could affect the 4th world.
