Yeah, making Doom a skrull would only ruin his badass escape from hell and back to earth.

Don't know if this has been suggested or not, but recently I've come to suspect that Lindy Reynolds (the Sentry's wife) is a Skrull. First off, she has 'come back from the dead' twice, and both times the Sentry (and all of us) chalked it up to his craziness. Since, besides Ultron, no one else has actually seen her dead, it's a near-perfect cover for her.
It also makes sense from a tactical standpoint. The Skrulls no doubt are aware that Sentry is a serious threat to them, strength and power-wise, so they insert an agent in the best position to manipulate him and win his trust: his wife. And since she herself is supposed to be powerless, she's more under the radar than other superpowered suspects.
So this effectively removes Sentry as a threat to the Skrulls, and places him in their pocket...
Lindy: "Help me, Bob! Iron man thinks I'm a Skrull! Save me!"
Sentry: "Yes, dear." *throws Iron man into the sun*
EDIT: While it's also possible that Sentry himself could be a Skrull, I think that's less likely since the scope and strength of his particular powerset already puts him far beyond much of the Marvel universe... if the Sentry were really a sane Skrull, the other heroes might as well give up now (unless they can get the Hulk under control).

I dunno about Lindy being a Skrull but I do think Sentry is easily manipulated.
