the character, crusader, in avengers: the initiative [9] has been confirmed as a skrull, though he may or may not be a big part of the invasion. he mentions an affection for earth, but realizes that his skrull nature poses a problem. the cover also does not have the secret invasion tag across the top, and clearly shows crusader in his skrull form reflected in taskmaster's shield. we'll see how it unfolds.
the annual establishes a high-ranking member of the initiative is a skrull/in cahoots with the skrulls, and that they plan on getting a skrull onto every team in the initiative. that's relatively important plot point, it would seem. whether or not crusader is an invading skrull may not be so important, and may not be deserving of the tag. or it may not be tied directly to the crossover/event itself, and later issues may feature crusader and boast a tag.

Yep the Dark Magic is looks like it's down to that whole Zom fiasco. But is it just me or does Strange seem to imply that his powers and hand gestures have been wonky for years now?
