Won't happen, at least not that way. Brubaker's made it pretty clear that he doesn't want Bendis touching his work on Captain America, especially while he's still in the middle of a major story. Regardless, even if Cap was a Skrull, he would've changed back when he died. We'll definitely see a Skrull Cap though, just to shake things up, but it won't contradict Brubaker's current work.

Well Brubaker said he wouldn't let it interfere with his title, nothing has been said about the new Cap in other titles (Brubaker said that's up to them) and judging from one of the secret invasion issue solits,

But it's been stated for a long time that it will not turn out that Iron-man or Steve Rogers (R.I.P) will be skrulls.
I want to see Nick Fury come back and take down some testicle chinned aliens. I also agree with the prediction that post secret invasion there will be one Avengers title that is a mix of mighty and new.

I believe thats the reason he went away. To prepare for the Skrulls. I think after the Invasion they should be called Avengers. None of the "Mighty"/"New" nonsense.

The Sentry is basicly a huge plot device that Bendis brought back simply so that he could have a quick way to wrap up stories without any creativity.
How will the avengers beat doctor doom? Oh, the Sentry. But how about Magneto? Yep the Sentry. Or Ultron? Sentry.
I mean Bendis doesn't even try to give him any character besides being a whiny little whipping boy to Iron Man.
Hell, the only writer who has seemed to have gotten him right was Greg Pak in WWH.
