Those ties were broken during the civil war. While the N.A knew about the body, I dont think they couldve done much since they were fugitives and the people that couldve done something about it(Tony, Reed) were on the opposite side of the law. I wouldve kept Tony in the dark as much as I could.
The NA would have brought it to someones attention eventually. Spiderwomen sort of earned Tony's and Fury's trust by doing what she did.
Reed and Tony still trusted each other. Xavier wasn't anti-Tony. The mutants were neutral. The heroes still banded together during the Hulk threat.
And Tony trusted his Mighty Avengers. All ties in the Illuminati were permanently broken after the Skrullektra thing.
I think the mutants still remain neutral. They were barely trusted before anyways. Tony was still trusting Reed, otherwise he wouldnt have bring the body to him. While I see ur point about the trust issues, it wouldve made more sense to keep him in the dark for as long as they could. However, by bringing the body to Tony, the queen might be the only one Tony trusts now.

IRRC Tony did say that he didn't know if he could trust her, but then he went and told her his plan anyway.
She must have Strange's powers as well, that's probably how she broke the spell.
At the end of NA #40 They skrulls were talking in Future tense right? They stated who would you like to live as on earth to cause the most damage,as if they were not "that" person yet. So maybe "that" person is still who they really are as of now. I mean it's not like we saw "that" person change back into a skrull.

That was waaay back(Marvel time). It kinda makes sense because SW showed up at the beggining of New Avengers(#1) when all the villains escaped from the prison(the Raft?) which im 90% sure it was orchestrated by the Skrulls. Before the looking at the last page, I thought she was gonna pick to be the president of the U.S.
