Reed is outta the picture so far, what i want to see is Dr.Doom step up and save the day! he is a badass villain it would be seriously cool if he of all people actually tip the scale in earths favor and beat the skrulls back with some sort of invention that reveals them/cripples them.
id love to see the Secret Invasion aftermath on that. the world to know Dr.Doom saved them all >XD lol it would open some new possibilities for Dr.Doom, the stories they give him if not just some of the public's reaction to him. hell i can see a boat of people just moving to his country.
BTW i think hulk, well WWH would be an insane addition. more so if he had his own little secret invasion mini of him just cutting loose on legions of 'super' skrulls.
damn i was upset Beast turned out to be a Skrull, i actually wanted the old beast back to see how things would change in the X books.
yea I was pissed to when beast turn out to be a skrull.
I would really like the idea of hood and his group of villains fighting the skrulls and perhaps side by side with the hero's.
also can't wait to see what comes of wolverine and black widow bring tony out of the island. They both have a sorta kill now ask question later take and it bee cool if they had a sorta team which just starts kicking peoples asses. also want to know what the hell was up with the whole carrot stick thing.
Well judging from the end of SI#4 and the cover of SI#6 (I think it's ish #6?) it'd be a safe guess to suggest Cap, Thor and Iron-man are on that list ✅ Obviously not for their brawns or intellect, but the fact that they are the key ingredients in uniting the Avengers and stopping the skrull threat ✅

Even if that image is not Thor but a skrull, Thor's definitely involved anyway. He has a tie in to the event and appears on an upcoming cover with Bucky, and Iron-man.
I'm guessing Secret Invasion is gonna be one of those events that has a great beginning and ending but a rubbish middle part. The plot has reduced to a snails pace for issues 2-4, especially when compared to the first. However I think the ending will be good. It's gonna be Bucky, Thor and Tony consisting of the new and reformed trinity of the Avengers uniting them to stop the Skrulls and their teamwork will counteract the skrull's attitude of spreading mistrust ✅ Therefore in one sentence I predict that Secret Invasion will be the big Avengers hug after the argument that was Civil War ✅
Although I doubt it will be a completely unified team as New Avengers is a confirmed ongoing post Invasion ✅

Right now we have Nick Fury just showing up, most of the regular heroes basically reeling in the fight. If I were on the defensive right now, the first thing I would try to do is rally around our biggest gun. Well if Thor is on the battle field, he is by far the biggest gun.
It just seems like a perfect chance to set up an ambush until Iron Man or Bucky step in to reveal it isn't Thor.
