look how many times he's been blasted to a skeleton lately.
their probably new sleeper skrulls each time. and even if he can regenerate like that if he was fried like that it would be the perfect chance to swap him out with a skrull. Not to mention he's on almost every major team in marvel right now, he'ld be the perfect inside man

apparently Marvel is disagreeing with you about what Skrulls can and can't do:

Too many Skrulls? [spoiler alert]
First off, don't read this if you don't want spoilers.
So it seems that Marvel has been leading us to a massive event involving Skrulls invading Marvel Earth. The Skrulls have been discovered in Illuminati, calling into question events in WWH, Silent War, and possibly even Civil War, amongst others.
So now that it has been shown that there are Skrulls who can duplicate mutant powers down to the telepathic signatures, what's next? Who's next?
I am posting this in a separate thread then the other Skrull thread, as I believe that a large Marvel event will be coming up which will crossover into many of the other Marvel comics. Are the Skrulls after the infinity gems? Now that Blackbolt was discovered to be a Skrull, and he had an Infinity Gem, what's next? The Skrulls were devastated from the events in Annihilation, will this lead them into gaining more ferocity, in fighting to get their empire back? What was the event(s) that caused Skrulls to gain their morph powers back?
