WWH takes this. He has defeated the Vision before who was also intangible. When he gets angry enough Vision was unable to phase through his body anymore. His body rejects foreign material.
The problem here is that many people still look at the Hulk as merely a brute. If you look at him that way, many of his resistance abilities don't make sense.
The proper way to look at him is as a shapechanger that is fed through psionic manipulation of matter. When you look at his history, the fact that he can rip energy with his hands (which is intangible mind you), reject the likes of Vision from his body, resist both direct mental attacks as well as telepathy, these are feats of a high end psionic entity.
The fact that he can overcome being phase shifted alone is incredible and is something that no ordinary brick could do. He can go from lifting 100 tons to amping up to lifting 100 billion tons within a moment and can get even stronger than that. The longer the fight, the more resistant to telepathy, shape shifting, and phasing he becomes, this is on top of his strength, willpower, endurance, and healing factor.
He has beat down, pushed, and smashed his way through energy fields capable of moving planets (that's Superman tacticle TK level of strength), he has busted a meteor twice the size of Earth in a far weaker incarnation than WWH, the list of feats goes on. MM cannot maintain super strength equal to Superman for a long time, at some point he is going to tire out and lose.
Hulk also has a history of seeing invisible things. He can spot beings that exist solely on the Astral plane, he can see psionic entities and the like. WWH will see MM if he tries to turn invisible. OP mentioned no Super Speed, so that takes away the only real advantage MM had here, with no Super Speed and no intagibility or TP, that seals the deal in a loss for MM.

It is moot whether there is or isn't other ways for MM to win.Why continue to debate when one way of winning is always enough, especially if it is unstoppable.
