He tol dthem to do it before he broke the world. This was the most powerful we have ever seen the Hulk right before he went down. Even though he turned into a human against the Sentry it didnt mean that if he got pissed off again which he did that he wouldnt Hulk out and kick some ass. Imagine if Black Adam wanted to kill the WW Hulk and vice versa. Hulk wouldnt turn human if he wanted revenge on Black Adam. He had no beef with Sentry and already really accomplished his mission.
