That's how strong Spider-man was BEFORE all his upgrades. That tank can't weight less than 15-20 tons. Spidey smashes it with zero efforts.

And here's the proof that it is FAR from his limit. In order to swing the tank like that Spider-man has to be able to lift at least twice of its weight. Or even 3 times of its weight. Do the calculations yourself.

Many Spider-man haters love to say how Spider-man is all about powers and he's nothing without them. What they do not realise is after years of being Spider-man Peter Parker has gained a lot of experience and is a great fighter even if he loses his powers he still is a peak human.

Spider-man lost his powers in the middle of the fight against 4 supervillains. Well, they're not really Electro, Sandman, Vulture and Scorpion, but they are perfect immitations of them.
He dodges all of them at the same time.

bumping because this is the main Spidey thread.

But no, Pete's not a mutant. Links aren't necessary. It's common knowledge. He was genetically altered by a radioactive spider bite. He doesn't have a mutant gene that was activated.

so do his powers still have a mystical connection sinc eits part of his history? I figured he doesnt have the extra powers because his body went back to what it was before accpeting the other but still can.
