SM mentions his fight with morlun (the other arc before BND), but says he barely survied that , so i gues this means he was never reborn in the 'other arc' then with new powers, so they ahve completely messed with that part of spideys history?

After taking a heavy beating from the new vulture and having acid or something along the lines of it spat into his eye SM is still standing and fighting the guy :

SM credits his healing as his eye has significantly healed by daytime:

Round 2 with this new vulture, SM stops an accelerating vulture with his strength and by webbing his own feet to the ground he proceeds to breaks both of this poor guys arms quite easily:

He did barely survive that fight. He died later, when he went "Spider-mode" in order to save MJ.

I'm gonna start buying this again. i just didn't like how small he looked and the whole getting rid of MJ but i'm used to it now

I think so... they have yet to explain how he lost his upgrades...

it due to his history being change, altering his existences in which he did not recieve the upgrades he had.

But exactly what has been altered has not been explained.

He still had his fight with Morlun, he still with on adventures with F4, and when he unmasked they remembered everything they had forgotten about him.

no because the upgrade happened as well too. He appreantly lost his new powers and it will be explained why at some point
