I voted both because a lot of men do manipulate women and same goes for women. Though I believe the ways they deceive are different in comparison.
But people who always b*tch about someone being manipulative and deceitful are the ones who are letting themselves be treated like that. I think the wrong question is being asked here. We should be asking, "Who's more foolish to allow themselves to be manipulated and deceived?" And even then, I'd still say both genders.

The question "Who's more foolish to allow themselves to be manipulated and deceived?" is kind of the wrong question to ask. I admit I was dumb enough to let that happen to me after my girlfriend broke up with me, but the first time that person deceives/manipulates you, you never see it coming.
