Women, in sheer magnitude of the numbers. They also have a greater ability, as they know what men want (sex) and know how to exploit it, where many men have no ****ing clue what women want, and thus can't exploit it.
A problem is also in society, which allows women to be manipulative. Take a look at divorce statistics. Women almost always get vaginamoney, and often use marriage as another tool to take advantage of men (and the system) and get money out of the whole scenario.
So, my vote goes to women.
