At work last night, I saw an infommercial for some herbal pill that enables a guy to gain substantial width and girth, and supposedly enhances his sex drive. Would any of you guys do this?

I am more than comfortable with what I have and my drive, so the logical answer for me is no. Plus, if I weren't comfortable, there HAS to be side effects.

Thoughts?

These drugs are basically just there to prey upon the least confident people. I very much doubt they work.

What is the difference between an infomercial and a commercial?

also, the only REAL way to enhance any size of your penis is painful pulling and stretching, normally using weights. I think some tribal people do it.

In all likelihood, your friend is probably within the normal range of sizes, and worried about nothing.

It's most likely a scam. Most herbal drugs aren't cleared through the FDA and made to have a money back guarantee. Sad to say products like this and weight loss make great money for otc drugs.

It's probably little more than homeopathic Viagra, increases blood flow; therefore a temporary [minor] gain in size. If your penis is that small, only way to permanently fix the "problem", get surgery.
