I'm sorry Inner, but I said the public wasnt allowed in, and they're not allowed in.

Now you say that the E3's of before was made public because they squirmed their way in. That's true, but overall, it was still an industry event.

You cant say its a public event because its not. If somebody sneaked, good for them, but it aint an public event.

This year was entirely the same. The difference was that they had tighter security measures and different locations instead of an centrilized location.

We can always agree to disagree then.

And I never called it a Public Event, so what's the problem if what I said was actually correct as you to acknowledged.

You said that the public was allowed in.

The public is not allowed in. If they got into E3 by sneaking in, good for them, but they're not suppose to be there.

E3 wasnt the same, but having it as an industry event and no public is just exactly the same as every other E3 event.

Here is what is said about E3 2005

"E3 is a trade event, meaning that it's closed to people that are not involved in the industry and people who are under 18 years old. "

Reasons for getting a ticket to 2005 were as follows:

Toy, Hobby Store
Catalog Showroom
Mass Merchant
Department Store
Book Store
Mail Order/Catalogs and Clubs
Super Store Chain
Online Retailer
Importer/Exporter

For 2007 the only way to get in was to get an invite from them.

yup.. the owner of the import store that used to be here used to go to E3 every year and sell DVD's of it lol

Guitar Hero 4 isn't a rumor, it's confirmed. It's coming out in the fall and is called Guitar Hero: World Tour.

Would love to see anything on Splinter Cell Conviction.

When is it this year? And will it be a puny little show light last year? Or have they pulled their act together and got back to the old glorified PR nonsense that was fun?

I think they are continuing with the scaled down version.

It might be fun for us, the huge one, but for the writers, it was brutal for them.

I would love for Nintendo to reveal a Star Fox game for the Wii...or a true Zelda game made for the Wii and not just ported over from the Gamecube.

I want a release date for Home.
