I wouldn't say it's all in the mind and meaning that therefore not real, but that it is in the mind, while the mind can experience different dimensions of reality and awareness. So, all experiences happen via the mind and are all very real. Like the Tibetan Buddhists say: things are all psychological, without meaning to say that things are 'merely' psychological. Because the psychological experience is ultimately very spiritual.
