I'll give you a sample:
Each character have 450 stat points to place. A > LEADER < of an organization will have 600 stat points. PLEASE, do not think you need a leader to be part of this. Just because a leader might be stronger than other character, it does NOT mean you have to have one. The roleplay will not revolve around the leaders. It will revolve around the little people. The STATS will be put out between 1-100. You need at least 1 per attribute. I however RECOMMEND that you have at least 20 on each of the physical attributes. 20 is the equivalent of an average trained human. 1 point would be roughly non-existant.
ALSO, if you have 90-100 in one attribute, no other attribute may go above 80. Your character will be specialised and not an overall-balanced 'God'.
20 points in for example strength, will have your character about the strength of a normal human in the real world. When you exceed 30 in any physical attribute, you also exceed what is physically possible for a human in the real world.
Around 50, you are roughly strong enough to, with some effort, lift a modern day pickup truck. At 50 movement speed, you can basically run on par with a cheetah. Remember that movement speed require acceleration though, no matter if you are superhuman or not.
When you reach around 75, you are strong enough to basically smash buildings with tackles and effortlessly crumble stone, bend metal and throw around elephants with your bare hands. Keep in mind that strength require other attributes to be used effectivly enough.
90 in an attribute will have you near supreeme. You move with the wind, your strength is vast, your spells are highly effective and with the right agility, reaction _and strike speed will your character be roughly unhitable in direct combat.
Any attribute that reach 100 is insane. Near perfection in this fictional world. You move slightly beyond the speed of the average human eye (Although one with over 50 in reaction speed will be able to react without much effort). You have enough strength to seperate limbs from giants (If you somehow get a grip), pull these giants to the ground and throw them (This would be a giant roughly 30-40ft tall)
LEADERS! : Leaders will be able to have ONE attribute at 110. This is above maximum and for the reason that leaders are indeed leaders. A character is not going to bring a leader down by himself. A leader is also not limited by the 'Only one 90-100 attribute'.

That's just a sample? Impressive, admittedly. Seems rather well thought out 😄 You seem to have a talent for this kind of things.
But as you said, I do not think a system of such details would be very efficient on a forum such as KMC. Like you said, they wouldnt take the time to create such a character 😛
I'll have to try get a more simple system hmm
