We can't prove reality. I reference of course to the field of epistemology with Hilary Putnam. You put faith in that the hands before your eyes are really there and not just a figment of your imagination. You'd be amazed at how little science knows. We don't even know how the pyramids were built 😛

The reason religion is such a popular myth to be waging war against is because it's the most known one. Few know that Plato questioned our idea reality and many more after him. René Descartes through the application of the cartesian technique, thought up by him, proved a reality, but not necessarily our.

Another popular myth that few care for is the Nostradamus prophecies, because they are neglected as coincidences by most because of our supposed understanding of time. That time has to be linear or we'd know otherwise 🙂

The point I am trying to have made is that why care for that myth at all? Reality is what you perceive and if someone perceive God as reality then you are in no position to claim him false. Your reality might be false and God might be the one thing no artificial reality can keep out 😛

For all we know, God is the most real thing in this dump of a reality 😄

thats just different perspectives. each person can percieve the world differently, because we cant see how another persons eyes presents the world to someones brain. life very well could be like the matrix, where its all a lie in our brains. but if our brains see something real, then why not consiter that real? its still information you can 'see' and comprehend. even if its fake. i like that point, but it leads to a dead end in any conversation, as its all perspective.. theres no right, wrong, up or down.. nothing to prove or disprove, to argue for or against.

So lets stick to our supposed reality then 😛 Here are a few of the things we can't understand that aren't divine. Gravity. Life. Emotions. Pyramids. Maya cosmology. Time. Quark traveling and simultaneous dualities. Mesons.

Now I'm digging too deep though. To stay on the surface, we can not explain how numerous animals are able to perceive human emotions and even exploit what we would like to call a sixth sense in their daily lives. Dogs has the ability to comprehend an environment so fundamentally that it by the weight of your steps knows exactly who goes there. They are able to install themselves to attention certain hours of the day despite irregular sleeping schedules and no comprehension of time 😛

There are so many things in our world that we don't know. To even think that we're able to imagine God false is to be impatient and delusional 😄 Most of all it's blasphemous towards science. You insult the very name of science by claiming that God doesn't exist. It's true. Think about it 😉

Gravity. Life. Emotions. Pyramids. Maya cosmology. Time. Quark traveling and simultaneous dualities. Mesons.

hmm.. gravity is understood as a connection to mass.. as are the pyramids, its just debated on what method was used to create them. time is something einstein pegged with a basic understanding. not sure what you mean by quark traveling or maya cosmology.. and mesons? do you mean the free masons? or something i have yet to hear of?

oh, and because i cant look at your dp without laughing..

I'm obviously not talking about what gravity does. What I'm saying is that we can't understand how gravity work. We know that it does and we know what it does, but we can't explain it. And we don't know how the pyramids were built. All theories has holes in them. They have a most reasonable one but that'd require for the Pharaoh to wait for his tomb a good near hundred years for the smaller ones 😛

Time is something Einstein thought he pegged and that the world agreed that he might have. He didn't though. We don't even know if time is linear or not. He had a theory that space-time is four dimensional but he didn't prove it. He just thought, and I quote "it appears more natural to think" where appearing should be the point of focus ✅ Now I'm not disputing Albert Einstein or his research. It wasn't his though. Hermann Minkowski thought of it and Einstein pretty much just said "yep" and gave us a reason why it was a good idea. He continued where Minkowski's death forced him to stop.

A Quark is a teleporting subatomic particle that's able to move without occupying space or our perceiving of time. It's also introducing what's called a simultaneous duality where if you split the quark and sustain its halves and then spin one of the split halves, then the other half will spin in the same direction at the same time and rate. Regardless of position of the second half 😄

The Maya cosmology is another modern mystery. The Maya had such sophisticated understanding of mathematics and space that they were able to create calendars that functioned for ages and adapted according to cosmic changes. They were able to use the stars in ways that we do today and this was four thousand years ago.

A Meson is a particle that scientists has discovered comes from an unknown position. Makes a brief appearance and then vanish again. You've never been able to study it for longer than a minute fraction of a second at a time. It comes and goes so rapidly that we don't even know what purpose it serve 😛 And it's a result of science in the residue of a split atom's split subatomic particles 🙂

The Free Masons is not a mystery. They have a HQ in London. You can go see it if you like 😛

That settles it.

YouTube video

HAHAH! i was waiting for SOMEONE to use that..

ok.. so.. most of what youre talking about i have nothing to go by because i havent studied it, and im not going to google it and get a half-assed internet made study on it. doesnt give me any reliable means to present any sort of educated opinion on it.

the pyramids, id have to disagree. even the big ones could be done within a lifetime or two. and its not like they just used slave labor. they would have to have had professional contractors and trained workers along with the over-all labor. there may not be a widely agreed upon method, but there are methods that make scientific sense, and are reasonable to say that it could be done very effectively. and as you pointed out.. some pharoes DID wait for some time after their deaths for their tombs to be finished.

and for the mayans. its not unusual for an ancient society to be very advanced mathmatically. and everything to do with calenders has to do with watching the stars in the sky over the years, and using math to figure out whats going to happen in the future. when you have a group of people with enough brains to work at a job that requires them to do nothing but map the stars and create accurate calenders that'll last for thousands of years.. and thats their only job, for them and their decendants... its gunna last for years. they're not the only peoples of the ancient world to do that, either.. look at how stonehenge matches up with astrological events. and im sure theres more that im not remembering.

the quark thing sounds very interesting though. makes me wish i didnt get fed up with physics. sort of had the same effect pharmacology had on me.. hated having to remember the complicated names for everything. doesnt work well with sexlexia...

and now that you explained it, i actually have heard of mesons before. havent at all looked into it or studied it, though. id like to, though.. im honestly loving this.. its not often people present something to me (outside of current events, because current evens dont interest me at ALL) that im unaware of.. O_o...give me moar.

and tolorate and love the shit out of MEH?! O_o...

i deflect with innuendo! (and classic ponies)

People died building pyramids. It didn't take a long time for nothing. There are incomplete pyramids, assumed because the manpower ran low. It takes an unimaginable physical level in order to build the top of a pyramid. Not just because the stones were heavy, but because the most effective of methods required absolute discipline. A single falter and it'd go as far as the stone shattering alongside workers dying. Workers and mentioned contractors aged to death working on the pyramids. Even getting blocks of stone up the tilt took a great deal of time. A slip-up and people died as well as had to go again. There was a building theory that eliminated the tilt, where you plained the field on which they worked with great quantities of sand according to the current height of the pyramid, but it was agreed that that process alone also would take forever and it wasn't much more effective than the tilt 😛 There are many more problems that arose during the building, but I think you get my point.

Sure the Maya developed a calendar through professionals and such an act was very doable and would be by a common man today if he spent his days staring up into the sky. Here's where the problems come in, though: Advanced mathematics and simple observation wasn't all they did. It couldn't have been, because they predicted cosmical events years ahead. They were able to pinpoint weekdays thousands of year in any direction and understand the universe in a manner that require us tools to do 🙂 I get dedication. I really do. You spend your life doing one thing and you excel at this. There's only so much the human eye and notes can do, though. They must've applied techniques we haven't thought of. The way they wrote their calendars and managed their lives according to cosmic events is nigh supernatural 😛 I'm not saying it's at all an impossible task. But think of the time, the lifespan and the limitations.

I acknowledge this Futurama reference with a smile 😄

More? More of what? 😛

more difficult subject matter...

and im not saying it was easy. but its not exactly something impossible for the time. its all reasonably possibly. granted, with difficulty.. but still very reasonable. oh.. settle a bet..

is the rainbow pony a girl or boy? and why is it the only males (with possibly exception of the rainbow pony) only seen as slave labor, pulling chariots? O_o... pony society must be interesting..

Settle a bet? 😛

The rainbow pony, Rainbow Dash, is a girl 🙂 Check out the first episode and you'll get to know all the characters ✅ There are males everywhere in the show. One of the main characters is male. As for the "slave labors", the male characters in the show has better physique than the females and are best for the job of pulling chariots and guarding the princesses as well as the castle 😄 They aren't at all displeased with their work. They are actually very proud of it, as the first episode shows as well. As for being laborers, the most laboring pony of all is female. So if it's sexism you're hunting, you won't find it there 😉

The society isn't at all sexist. There are fewer males than females in it. That many of the men that are around go to guard the princess and aid her in her travels across Equestria, that's natural selection. If we want to digress from the fact that it's a cartoon for a moment, in any society, it's at the peak of efficiency to send the men away than the women. To populate anything, you need many women and not many men 😊

On the same topic, the most successful pony in Equestria, aside from the princesses of course, is male ✅

not exactly sexism.. just wondering where all the dudes are.. O_o.. like.. i get you dont need alot of men to populate a society.. unless you're living in smurf village... i swear, that girl has to lay eggs or some shit, to support that population... but.. ive only seen what xan has showed me about the ponies.. and my own youtubing halarity.. and to be honest.. that rainbow thing is so freakin boyish, its not even funny. and how old are they all supposed to be? and the only time ive ever seen males in the show, they were pulling something. and they never speak. so it made me go hmmmn..

Rainbow Dash is rather tomboyish, that's true. It's actually a rather intelligent character trait by the creators. The reason Rainbow Dash is as tomboyish as she is can be traced back to the fact that she's the only one in the gang, aside from Twilight Sparkle who isn't a girlish incarnation either, that isn't raised in Ponyville. Instead Rainbow Dash appear to have spent a great deal of her life in an academy.

In the episode "Griffon the Brushoff" the viewers and the citizens of Ponyville get familiarized with a character named Gilda who also was part of the same academy. Another female and this one is very tomboyish as well. Later into the season and the episode "Sonic Rainboom" you come across several other characters that went to the academy at the same time as Rainbow Dash. All of these were males and very brute and bullying. It's a rather intellectual character trait consequence that Rainbow Dash is a tomboy 😄 Get tough or get out. Same I suppose apply to Gilda.

so everyone within the little country is girly and those that are from outside arent.. k.. not really anything new or original, but ok..

sort of reminds me of the original xmen cartoon.. rogue's character...

You expect new and original? Everything has been done. Good luck with that 😛 What you should hope for and that you will receive if you intend to watch the show is the intelligent design behind every character and episode. There are too few children shows today that have a clear morale to present for every episode 🙂

There are original twists to the show. Many are minor but notable in a manner that make them matter. One of the reasons I stick with the show is because it's rewarding to watch. It's not just a flurry of jokes and silly business. There's humor integrated into the show for all viewers, be it older people, children or geeks. There are jokes only educated people get but still hold such a standard where a child will enjoy every moment of it.

If we are to talk dramatic structure, the low points of the plot have a high baseline 😄 It rarely gets boring and if it does, the scenes are brief. The only time in the show that I've actually been bored was a few minutes near the end of the episode "Feeling Pinkie Keen" 🙂 That says a lot in the sense that I re-watch episodes all the time and those few minutes is the only time during any episode that I go "Not this again" 😛

eh.. i didnt expect new in a remake.. but to make it out to be something so great.. eeehhhh.. all kids shows have jokes and times that appeal to adults and more mature minds. thats how they make it a bit bearable for the parents to watch with their children...

It is great. It is a masterpiece. Lauren Faust really topped the high-score with this show 🙂 You can ask intellectuals and professional reviewers all over. It's a show for both young and old. Not something with a touch of mature humor so that the adults can endure. It's rewarding because it's upholding the required fields within the dramatic structure.

And that's not at all true 😛 Few shows include jokes for all ages. Then again, I live in Sweden. We have fewer shows. Those we have however, aren't at all very rewarding for adults to watch 🙁

This is a show I will buy on DVD for when I get children. I want my children to be morally educated as well as educated otherwise. This show, Animaniacs, older Disney movies and various quality stuff. That's what I'm going to show my children, because that'll help them grow as human beings more than those Hannah Montana, Jonas Brother, Jack and Cory and all those other ridiculous shows ever will 😛

you should include some bill nye in all that.. O_o...

and mc chris...
