Well, next time that you have a free moment invite me to that one Xat thing and you and me will have a go to see who's more powerful. My money of course, is on myself.

So we'd be fighting GD-style? Are you sure you'll be able to keep up?

The only thing I won't do is auto-hits and speed style. I do turn taking with it otherwise lag is too much of a handicap.

GD is a speed style(arguably), that's why I ask. If it's turn-based, we might as well just use the boards.

I dunno, it just makes more sense to me. I hate having to deal with a small character limit when doing turn-based stuff.

It limits people from doing paragraph long attacks which keeps them from auto hitting. It's hard to do a series of attacks when you only have enough space for one. Still, if you want to it's up to you I guess.

Auto hitting shouldn't be a problem if people are actually being fair, but I agree that attacks shouldn't be essays, but if someone wants to properly describe what's going on and what might happen if an attack connects...by the way, still not back.

you can just "commence" certain attacks rather than do it and have the RPers accept all the beating. But then we must create some kind of standard or line as to what is blockable/avoidable and what is not.

I prefer Xans explanation of it because I'm good at evading strikes without cheating. Note: I'm not a noob who goes "Replacement Jutsu" XD

The only difference in what you're saying and what I am is that while I'm commencing an attack, I'm relaying the effects said attack would have if executed properly. This keeps players honest, and cuts back on what the opponent has to reply to, as they're not stuck trying to imagine what exactly is happening to them.

My best character has the ability to alter the senses of his opponent to a degree in where he can make the ground feel and look like a mushroom, and make you believe you are drowning in air.

Sounds like he focuses on illusion abilities. My character focuses on the manipulation of reality itself and the composition of another being.

My most powerful character can hold a galaxy in the palm of his hand and use it like an inter-dimensional hand grenade... 😐

He's also destroyed an alternate universe. 😛
