UHRP Player Information

The more I think about it I still really want to do a Yu-Gi-Oh RP, but I know there's no way that the people left on this site would be able to get into it.

Teen Titan's RP is still going on and based on the popularity of it right now, it looks like that's the best thing to focus on. If we spread things out too much, it'll be harder to get through something because people often don't feel like posting on 2 different RP's whenever they have free time.

When Kinneas gets back from his sickness and can actually stick around for more then 2 minutes, I plan on forcing(crosses out) working with him, Starry and anyone who is still willing to do more with the .hack RP. The main reason why that came to a standstill was because his computer was out then he was in DC then this and that and starry's gone, then blah blah, now fix.

Yugioh rp does sound fun...Yata lock ftw! I always wanted the show to use some of the ridiculous combos like Elma's butterfly dagger and Gearfried the Iron Knight.

I couldn't really get into a yugioh RP because it probably be to confusing.

I'm confident Phoenix has put some thought in a dueling system, I would just link everyone to dueling network so they could duel it out and the winner would win in the rp 😛

Nope, I'd totally make you all do YGOPRO, lol. Full deck list, organized automatic duels, all of that. Well, I don't want to propose the idea if nobody even wants to do it and so far starry votes with it and seiya isn't.

I'm not saying I wouldn't do it but if you could figure a way out to make non-confusing then I'm on board with it.

Yu-Gi-Oh! RP Summary

Story
I figured that the first thing I should touch on would be the story. Now first off basing the generation itself should be the priority. Here's what I've been looking at. The first generation limits a lot of people so we can get over that, GX has literally nothing new to add, 5Ds brings Synchro Monsters into play and Turbo Duels and ZeXal brings in Xyz monsters. Now... I'd like to look at a vote for this on how people think we should do it. If left untouched, I think using all aspects of it in our own "Parallel" time would be best. This means we're not restricted by how the story has gone and we get to use all duels, decks, etc. This also means there is no Yugi, Jaden, etc. We can have duel academy or anything else that you guys can suggest. As far as the story itself goes, I'd like to leave this up to vote for now. We can do this cooperatively or competitively. Meaning that we all work together or work against each other like a tournament thing. Let me hear from anyone who has an idea?

This lets you build a deck from absolutely any card that has been released. Using this, it should make it much easier for anyone to build a deck. It would also give us a platform to duel, which as Starry mentioned would be a good idea to duel each other and translate into the RP. Using the replay system, we can easily put together a realistic duel. Keep in mind, if nobody likes this idea, I can trash it.

Would this include the current ban list or is there any, cause I'll shamelessly build the most cheesy deck and be king of games and rule with an iron fist. I'll be the bad guy with the coolest bike!

I think that we should include the banlist but to be fair, we can have some exceptions. For example, Pot of Greed, perfectly fine. Graceful Charity, etc. But something like an anime restricted card like the "Legendary Dragons" would be a no. Kind of also tempted to say no "Egyptian God Cards" due to their limited existence in canon. Maybe have them used by an enemy.

As long as someone pretends to be that man-woman thing from GX we will go far in this role play.

Chaos Emperor Dragon Envoy of the End is plenty... Mawhahaha...or some windup thrash that drops your opponents hand, I don't know the meta now but if this goes through I'll read up, could be fun.

I run a Cyber Dragon deck that takes aspects from GX (Cyber Dragon, Cyber End Dragon, etc) and Zexal (Cyber Nova Dragon). None of my cards are banned, Starry 😛

I'll make a burn deck and make everyone cry, including me.

Try to make your deck with some interest if we do this. Making a deck that makes it so you never actually get past the first turn would be very boring.

Yeah, I'd make my old Chaos Dragon deck, I miss it so and I could make a pretty cool character around it.

You should pick a Duel Disk too, Starry. Lol.

Aw. I remember when I had about 400 cards. I, like an idiot, gave them away because I thought I was too grown to have them. If I still had them, they'd probably be collectibles right now. Well, maybe. I'm not really sure how that works. This was back in 2002 when I first got them.

Look at the Character Sheet Prototype that I put up. It has the duel disk link on it. Go to that and look through the list for something you like. I like the 5ds ones.
