just my little public service announcement to our young and naive american members. its shocking how many people dont know their own constitutional rights in a situation where they are pulled over. this video points out techniques used in which you are tricked into waivering your own rights and even presenting evidence to be used against you.

have you ever been in a situation similar to this? i know i have. when i was younger i fell for the tricks, and though i was never busted for anything, i had alot of my time wasted with ballbusting and searches.

I don't have any experiences and the video of course only partly relates to the laws here, but it was still fun to watch and interesting to know what rights one has. I like rights. They are much better than duties, fo sho.

Of course you were most fond of the intrusive strip search, which you still can't get enough of today. Having read some of your recent posts it seems to have shaped your sexuality. I'm suprised you never became a customs officer as you could have given as well as taken then.

I don't think border is spelt like that. Anyway, are gypsy tears some American term for crystal meth? I'm assuming you had these "gypsy tears" hidden in a condom shoved up your arse?

My house is in a road where, if hundreds of caravans were to park in it, the police would be here in a matter of seconds. So i don't really have to worry about it, I suppose if you live in a field, like you obviously do; it must be a constant annoyance.
