just my little public service announcement to our young and naive american members. its shocking how many people dont know their own constitutional rights in a situation where they are pulled over. this video points out techniques used in which you are tricked into waivering your own rights and even presenting evidence to be used against you.have you ever been in a situation similar to this? i know i have. when i was younger i fell for the tricks, and though i was never busted for anything, i had alot of my time wasted with ballbusting and searches.

I've been in that situation a million times. I know how to talk to and deal with cops.

If you rae nice and polite, and act professional, a cop will return the favor.
dont just assume you're dealing with one of the 'good guys' just because you see a badge. politeness is part of how you handle the situation, but its not the solution. unless you live in a very special town where all the cops just want to serve and protect, and nothing more.
How about these:
Don't do anything wrong!!! (No drugs, alcohol opened in the car, etc.)
Dress nicely whenever you go "out" or just want to chill.
Keep yourselves well groomed.
Courtesy helps but don't kiss ass because some cops and officers hate that.
Some of the answers that kid gave in the first scenario, the good part, were not the best of answers; they actually came off as smart ass and if you said some of those things in real life, it would piss the Officer/cop off.
And again, don’t do anything illegal...grow up and stop doing drugs. Be careful with your firearms, they can get you killed if your are not careful. If your state allows you to conceal and carry with a license, let the officer know if he/she has to pat you down etc etc etc. (However, I think mary jane should be legal.)

Maybe, but it would protect you. You really don't have to care for their feelings.
