Top tiers? An Imperiex probe is a top tier. But of the top of my head he speed blitzed Dooms Day to a KO (who has super speed himself), Mongul and the The Elites (to the point where they couldn't even see him, and he moved so fast he generated moving air that asphyxiated some of them).
