The LT was outsmarted by reed richards. A human being. The LT couldn't kill Korvak. And he questioned his own might against the IG, which has NOT ONE MULTIVERSAL feat on it's own. So there you go. If you want to get technical, The Spectre can merge and become as powerful or more than the heart of the infinite.
