You are a poorly informed individual and whatever sites you are looking on apparently are misleading or you dont comprehend material well. Uncut penis' do not have a fishy odor unless the person doesnt bathe properly. It takes more time to properly brush your teeth then it does to wash your uncircumcised penis unless you are playing with it.
