Thanos with the Infinity Gauntlet has complete and total mastery over Time, Space, Mind, Soul, Reality and Power. The AM cannot pull an LT and rule that they can't be used together. And I'm fairly certain the gems themselves are indestructable, or at least would survive an anti-matter attack. Even if they wouldn't, AM would have to catch Thanos by surprise before he could warp reality and dissapate the blast, or transport the blast back at AM, or do some weird shit with time itself...
The likelyhood of Thanos being caught off guard enough to have AM's antimatter attack land or have his gauntlet taken by AM is as likely as Quanchi voting for Darkseid to beat Thanos in a physical brawl. 😉
Thanos is for all intensive purposes unbeatable with the Infinity Gauntlet. He wins.
