I'd say Jesus, though it could have easily been Muhammad...simply because the Jesus-loving nations seemed to have colonized the world.

I'm surprised Sidhartha isn't on the list, as he Mo and JC, IMHO, would be sort of regional religious super-figures.

I'll go with Muhammed overall though, seeing as he is the only one mentioned above that there is even scant evidence for the existance of.

I have to disagree and go with Jesus. Even if he didn't exist, he still has made a bigger impact. Harry Potter made a large impact on the world (economy) and he never existed.
