Peach, what's the price of the full version of "Guild Wars"? I'm thinking about getting it before school starts again.

Yeah, he did.
He was helping out a lady named Professor Ivy, but something happened that left him traumatized...
However, you can take your characters to the other campaigns - my main character is a Dervish, from Nightfall, and she's the one I'm playing through everything on; she's finished Prophecies and is almost done with Factions now ๐
And speaking of GW, I finally finished leveling up my very first character today. Funnily enough, in time I spent actually playing that character, she was the fastest one I finished leveling. It just took me nearly a year to do it ๐
Yeah, took me far too long to do. But I don't like starting in Prophecies and I decided I didn't like how I made that character look...but I dragged her to Factions to level up quickly and changed how she looked so yay. My Ranger is all leveled up and awesome-looking ๐ Which means I now have five level 20 characters. Now I just need to finish leveling my Monk (she's level 13) and they're all leveled up.

Wait a minute...you mean the highest level we can reach is level 20?
Yep, and usually you hit it pretty fast. Which is the point. GW isn't a grind-based game, and basically everything before level 20 is considered the tutorial stages by most players ๐
Also, you can get max armor and weapons pretty quickly, too. Sure, there are elite armors and stuff you can get later on, but the differences are purely cosmetic (and also the price, of course), but they're not actually better than standard armor.
I have one set of elite armor. Naturally, the set I decided I wanted is the second most expensive in the game.

You should look into City of Heroes / City of Villains. They're both pretty sweet.Just saying. ๐
I don't like MMOs as a whole and GW is the only one I've ever gotten into, primarily because it's so different than every other one out there, so I think I'll pass.
Man, that sucks. I was close to level 20 when I was playing that free trial. Are there special areas available once you reach level 20, or do you just continue with the storyline until it ends?
I looked at all the sets of armor on the Guild Wars wiki page, and most of them look pretty cool. The prices are crazy...

With the exception of bringing a PvE Char into some PvP Arenas, and other few select situations, there really aren't any level-restricted areas.
Although there are more than plenty in which you DO NOT want to go, unless you are fully leveled and spec'd up.
But yes, you continue the Story-lines of the Chapters until they end. At which point, you can move on to do essentially whatever else you wish. More questing, Going for Titles, Collecting, PvP, ETC. The possibilities are nearly endless.
Alana, you are still a total newb. ๐

Not trying to push you into it, but I do want to say that City of Heroes is different from anything else you've played. You actually get super powers.
Yeah Black Yoshi, it does. ๐ฌ $15.00 a month I believe. It starts with a month of free trial like everything else though.
