its a year after AC, unless thats not allowed.

It's still not technicly allowed, Sephiroth fans just whine and try to include movie feats anyway 😛 I had to put up with Terry for fifty ****ing pages.. Kill me.

I just finished the Shivering Isles and am now doing the Knights of the Nine quest. Does anyone know how I can find the shrines of the gods faster? Wandering all over Tamriel just to look for those things is killing me.

I beaten oblivion like nine times.

I modded the crap out of Oblivion. High-res character models, varied faces, new weapons, damage balancers, new areas, better persuasion, additional music... Probably my favorite was an ongoing project to beautify the whole game world, with seamlessly-integrated redone maps of most of the land that were so much better than Vanilloblivion's incredibly bland areas.

After all that it managed to entertain me for a while, but the main quest never really attracted my attention and despite all the hours put into perfecting the game, I have never finished it.

This is unrelated.

How do you mod a game?

PC version, if that wasn't already evident. The game's source code was pretty famously released to the modding community, so they could make the game how they wanted. There are entire web sites devoted to modding Oblivion alone.

LOL I found these videos while searching around Youtube. I should try modding because having Master Chief armor in Oblivion looks awesome.
