I modded the crap out of Oblivion. High-res character models, varied faces, new weapons, damage balancers, new areas, better persuasion, additional music... Same here. Oblivion bored me to hell.

My Oblivion is also decked with tonnes of mods, problem is its made it pretty unstable, I have a character and a fantasy world id like to explore and enjoy but its hard to when every 30 mins a bug or a crash occurs "shrug", but it was definaltey enjoyable while it lasted.

I used to play Oblivion all the time, I have it for PC now and like BT mine is filled with mods that certainly make it replayable, although that being said I haven't played it in a while.

I still think It's one of the best games this gen, even if it does have some very obvious faults.

I can't imagine putting up with, say, the 360 version.

id disagree personally. unless you had the pc version of oblivion oblivion in itself had a lot less to offer imo in terms of playability. once you beat the story there isnt a reason to play it anymore.
